Prothonotary Warblers and more at the C. Deering Estate

There was a nice variety of warblers (7-species), feeding along the stone wall leading into the main gate of the C. Deering Estate this morning: Prothonotary Warblers (2)(male & female). Yellow-throated Warbler (1), Prarie Warblers (3), Black & White Warblers (2), American Redstarts (3), (1-male & 2-females), Pine Warbler (1), and Parulas (2), plus Blue-gray Gnatcatchers. At Crandon Park, a flock of 40 Black skimmers were on the beach.
