And on my sixth day... BOTH drake Masked Ducks were seen early this morning. The bluer-billed duck was on the north side of the entry portion of boardwalk at the library wetlands on Sheridan Street in Pembroke. It's bill is dark tipped and shows an inverted 'v' on the upper bill. (This could be seen when pointing its bill skyward.) It has bold white eye rings and is positively stunning! The second drake was located on the west side of the north boardwalk perhaps 30 yards after turning left. Yes, life is good!! Jill
