I checked a few spots between Cutler Wetlands and Dump Marsh and managed to scrape up 9 species of shorebird, with the best being 3 Pectoral Sandpipers at Cutler Wetlands, a FOTY for me. Cutler wetlands still has water that is a little high, but it's getting better. Watch, the water will drop to a perfect level just in time to coincide with the height of shorebird migration and then, splash, the monsoons will kick in again and flood the place. You know it's going to happen. It always does.
