I used to attend the meetings of the Biscayne National Park Buffer Land Bank Trust Working Group (BNPBLBTWG). Try saying that in an acronym. They later shortened it to BLT. This group was instrumental in halting the development of Homestead Air Base into a Commercial Airport. Yes, this is a statement about conservation, so it is appropriate for this board.
