In two hours of birding this morning at Kendall Indian Hammocks Park, I saw one Black-and-white Warbler, about ten Blue-gray Gnatcatchers and three White-crowned Pigeons. After a week of Atlantic coastal rainforest birding in Brazil, where I tallied 276 species, this morning's birding was a definite return to earth.
