I'm a major amateur compared to most folks here, but cave swallows do nest under turnpike overpasses and bridges. I think there are some in the area of 117av where it goes over 874; I think also 216th and the turnpike?

There are townhouses on the north side of Kendall Dr (about 79 av). I saw bulbuls in there a few years ago (I haven't been back but once). It's gated, however.
We have resident anhinga at US 27 and Johnson St, can often be seen drying wings around 7:30am right at entrance of Holly Lake Trailer Park. Anhingas can commonly be seen flying around town at altitude. You will probably see one sunning by water just driving around. Common mynas are very common at shopping centers throughout the area, you shouldn't have to look for them. But if you do, along US1, S. Miami down to Cutler Ridge, I know for sure are present.
