It really is astounding to me how many people let their cats roam. Outside cats have such short lives and nearly always come to a tragic end. It is also shocking to me how many people simply don't care what cats do to bird populations. Sad, really. I love my cats, and keep them indoors and in a screened porch. They and I both enjoy watching the birds... without harm to the birds.
