There has been a dove visiting the feeders at Castellow Hammock that's about the size of a Eurasian Collared-Dove but the bird has no black ring on its neck and the entire bird is uniformly very pale buff, or off-white. When it flies there's a broad white band across the tail feathers that is only visible from beneath.
I suppose it could be an odd color morph of a Eurasian Collared-Dove or Ringed Turtle Dove.
