They were white-morph. I was in a car and without binocular, but the black wing tips were clearly visible. Breast and neck looked a little dusky, which could indicate juveniles, but the light was from behind them so it may have just appeared that way. The bills looked black. Again, this was only a 3- to 4-second sighting with the naked eye, but the black primaries were definitely there.
