Interesting, its about time they start doing this. I have seen many photos online of people handling snakes within the park, but the only snakes taken from the parks that I know of are pythons. I'm sure Corn Snakes are taken regularly though.
I have personally been stopped twice, once with a python researcher, and have only ever gotten into conversations about the python problem.
