Black Hooded Parakeets

Saw two in the Winn Dixie parking lot (Promenade Shops) in Aventura this morning. Have been going to the gym in Aventura since 1990 (and lived there for 17 months) but have NEVER seen Black Hooded Parakeets there before. Thought this might be of interest.
