Thanks for the great link! I listened to several of them, and at first I thought not (burbling sound) but there seem to be a LOT of variations, and some of the song recordings were like the bird I heard.

Amazing variety of sounds for one bird! I guess it was a Shiny Cowbird. That's fairly rare, no?
