They roost on an island off Crandon Marina, to your right after you cross the Bear Cut Bridge onto Key Biscayne. Drive into the Marina and turn right, follow the parking lot to the end. Park there and walk over to one of the small pavilions, from there you will have a good vantage view of the roost. Hope this helps you.
