A stop at Barnes yesterday afternoon produced good numbers of warblers (not species). The highlights were a big congregation of bathing warblers at the water fountain around 6:00pm and a singing brown thrasher in the pine area. Also observed a feral cat hunting an Am. Redstart (unsuccessfully thanks to my presence).
Brown-thrasher
Ovenbird (2)
Blackpoll warbler (4-5)
Am. Redstart (9-10)
Black-and-white warbler (1)
Black-throated blue warbler (4-5)
