Ten hard-working birders joined Brian, Paul and me this morning to seek spring migration in South Florida. It was hard work but we pulled out 8 warbler species, including: Northern Parula, Prairie, Blackpoll, Ovenbird, Magnolia, American Redstart, Black-and-white and Black-throated Blue. Other birds of interest were Cooper's Hawk, Purple Martins and White-crowned Pigeons.

This Everglades Racer was eye-level in the hammock.
