I live in Davie and I currently have a Screech Owl nesting in my woodpecker house. However, today I noticed that the Screech Owl house that I built and is located a good distance from my woodpecker house now has honey bees building a comb on the inside roof. Before placing the house into service, I put soap on the inside of the roof in an effort to keep any bees from attaching the comb, however it looks like it did not work. I will be contacting someone tomorrow for the removal of the bees.
