Yesterday i saw a few migrants around my neighbourhood in Kissimmee. I had a Northern Waterthrush that landed about 2 feet from my face and just sat there bobbing it's tail. I then saw a pair of Indigo Buntings. Later on though i saw a bird that i could not identify. I only got distant looks and it flew away before i could get a great look. It was a small warbler-sized bird that was sitting on the ground flashing/flicking its tail. It had two large white patches on either side of the tail. I think it was a Hooded Warbler. Am i right or could it be something else?
Please Help,
The Teenage Birder
