Hello, is there anyone who can reccomend powerful binoculars preferably under $130. Of course I checked Eagle Optics, but I need some help. It does not matter if they are compact, rugged, water-proof, or other stuff like that. I just want one that can give great looks at birds. I know there are not that much great binoculars for $130, but that is all I have. Thanks.
