I went out looking for migrants today. Numbers were limited but there was enough around to keep things interesting. Gray Catbirds were everywhere, numbers in the hundreds. Here is what I saw at each location (excluding Palm, Prairie, C. Yellowthroat).
C-111e: Swainson's Warbler, Scarlet Tanager, Black-throated Blue Warbler, Cedar Waxwing, American Redstart, Indigo Bunting. There is also a mucky field adjacent to the canal that looks very promising for shorebirds. Today it only held Cattle Egret, Black-necked Stilt, Black-bellied Plover and Least Sandpiper but it is worth continually checking.
Annex: Blue-winged Warbler, Scarlet Tanager, Indigo Bunting
Gumbo Limbo/Old Ingraham Hwy.: N. Parula, Am. Redstart, Black-throated Green Warbler, Indigo Bunting, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, E. Kingbird, Gray-cheeked Thrush, Red-eyed Vireo, Black-throated Blue Warbler
