Birded the Corkscrew swamp today for the first time. What a beautiful place! Some of the birds seen that I could ID are Female Painted Bunting, Pileated Woodpecker (spelling), Black Throated Blue, Northern Waterthrush, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Barred Owl (2), Northern Parula, Gray Catbirds, Great Egret, Wook Stork, Ibis. Saw plenty more birds that I could not ID. Awesome place.
If anyone has any tips for good birding spots in the area I would greatly appreciate any help.
