This cool morning before work, I took a quick spin around the back of the property and picked up some nice birds. In two Oaks and a Tamarind, several warblers were working for bugs. Also, about a dozen Cedar Waxwings were perched with four Western King birds in a berry-laden Gumbo Limbo. The Westerns were observed eating the berries on numerous occasions over the last 3 weeks. Other birds were seen, but more could have been found had I more time:
Black & White Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Yellow Warbler (male)
Northern Parula
Worm-eating Warbler
Great Crested Flycatcher
Painted Buntings
Catbirds
Purple Martins (residents)
Screech Owl
