The great black hawk was out, circling Virginia Beach Drive near the entrance to Virginia Key Beach Park at 4:30 this afternoon. It was being aggressively mobbed by half a dozen fish crows. It eventually landed on a treetop where the mobbing continued for another 15 minutes until they drove the hawk off.
