Unusual vireo(?) Woodmont

Obvious white spectacles, plain gray/blue head and body, body held mostly parallel to branches it was on. If there is an experienced birder in the area, maybe take a look. It was fairly high up looking north from the boardwalk (not the concrete path) walking clockwise, before you get to the narrow mowed area under the boardwalk.
