8 Black-necked stilts on Virginia Key

I was swimming with my triathlon club on the south side of Virginia Key (Just over Rickenbacker and on the right) this morning and 8 black-necked stilts flew up and down the beach and landed briefly.

I know they are not rare or anything, but they are beautiful and I always love seeing them. One of my favorite Florida birds.
