On my way home from work this evening, I stopped by at the Tall Cypress Natural Area in Broward County. This small park is located on Sample Rd about 0.5mi west of the Turnpike (Check http://www.broward.org/parks/pri06932.htm for more info). Not that I saw/heard a whole lot there this evening, but an immature male SUMMER TANAGER was a pleasant surprise. He was hard to miss as he was calling constantly (Picky-tuc-i-tuc).
