From what I have read over the years, the best spot for the Bulbuls is Baptist Hospital, located in the Kendall area ( near Dadeland mall).( There is a park-grassy area and lots of trees in front of the hospital on Kendall Drive)
As for the orioles, that's a tougher one. I have them in my neighborhood every so often, but to say " come visit and see them.." would probably be a long wait and I would tell you to bring a good book. So, they are a little harder to locate sometimes! But, good luck at any rate!
