Thanks for posting, Chris and Lili! I decided to go to Chekika today to pay the owls a visit plus see if there were any migrants around.
The two Western Kingbirds that have been there at least since February continue in the area with all the fruiting fig trees. In that area, I also had a nesting pair of Red-shouldered Hawks, a late Blue-grey Gnatcatcher, a late Yellow-rumped Warbler, a couple Northern Parulas, plus my FOS Eastern Kingbird. This hammock is definitely one to be watched for migrants in the future -- it has a lot of potential.
