Tennessee Warbler

Yesterday afternoon in Kissimmee i saw a small pale bellied warbler moving quickly through the top of a tree. It has a whitish looking belly and was wagging its tail slightly every now and then. Could this bird be a Tennessee Warbler. Would they be in Central Florida at the moment? And do Tennessee Warblers ever bob their tails?

Plz help me find out what this bird is,
