At least one male, and one female painted bunting were present at the Okeeheelee Nature Center feeder on Saturday.

Green Cay's bobcat was sitting on the ground in the wide open about noon, very close to the most northerly purple martin houses. Soras were present, along with some warblers, feeding caspian terns, and martins. There was plenty of pre breeding activity all over the park.

Green Cay keeps getting better. I can't even imagine how intensely this jewel will sparkle after it matures another five years.
