Yeah, that's the tree along with the other one by GC South. I'm sure that was the Cooper's Hawk that you heard. This morning I heard it in the Royal Palms closer to the Physical Science building. Keep your ear out and next time I'm sure you will spot it. I've also attached a link to a page that has the call.
