The Florida DOT has put up no parking signs on the south side of the entire block in front of the Pembroke Pines eagle nest. The signs face the pavement rather than oncoming traffic, so some people are failing to notice them and risk being ticketed. Observers are still permitted to walk on the south shoulder, outside the pylons. Park on the shoulder on the north side of the street.
