This morning, while doing a tour with another TNC person of the Cutler Bay area, we spotted the Tropical Kingbird at its usual spot across from the pond behind the wastewater treatment plant. The time was about 10:30. This marks 130 days since it was first reported. What's more, it's now scaring away any cowbirds or starlings that approach its domain.
