Good point! Several watchers saw the guy, and it was said that someone took his license plate number or photographed his plates. He was dressed in full camo gear, and he carried a camera with a very long lens. He probably would like to be called a "professional," but you are right, except that he could not have been a "birder" who abides by the ABA Code of Birding Ethics re: trespassing.
