Birded Loop Rd this weekend (got sick and haven't been up for posting). Surprising lack of Red-shouldered Hawks -we heard one and saw none. No Pilated, no Kites.

We did have a little flock of 4-6 Tufted Titmouse and a couple B&W Warblers at the Strand as well as plenty of herons, egrets, and ibis, of course. Always fun to see the little titmouse! Two of the little bridges close to the east entrance have become a great place in recent visits to see numerous Black-crowned Night Herons at one time. We've seen 4-8 at once.

So, can anyone help me with this butterfly/moth ID? When it's wings are closed, it looks just like a dried up leaf.
