Today Russ and I met lamenting the Slaty backed Gull and Ivory Gull that we missed this winter but no longer living in Massachusetts. But after several hours of strong North winds we hoped for this AM to maybe get a flock of siskins or something northern. We did list 10 species of warblers probable flock staging of Parula (19) plus Orange-crowned (2), Black and white,Redstart, Black-throated Green, Praire,Yellow-rump. Palm, Yellow-Throated(2), Yellowthroat. two calling Screech Owls and several Martin overhead in two places. We birded Westin hotel Complex (Cypress Creek Blvd Ft Lauderdale), ESA ( NW 21st Ave) and Fern Forest. The were no siskins or no Bohemian Waxwing but the Red Soxes were in Ft Lauderdale today with no errors.

There is 12 inches of snow in our old town with a new mix of Bohemian Waxwings.
