A visit to Dump Marsh this morning produced most of the usual birds. Highlights were a merlin, great-crested flycatcher, more grasshopper sparrows (did not find any Swamp sparrows), and numerous E. Phoebes. The Tropical kingbird showed up on our way out (around 10:30am, near the parking area). Cutler Wetlands was fairly dead, save for a gorgeous male Shoveler that was hanging out fairly close to the road. Green and blue-winged teals were also still present.
