We looked today but could not find. The $16 entrence fee will get your attention. Instead we parked along the road to the North that has about twenty free spaces on each side of the road.
While we were down in the South county, checked out Yamato Scrub - no grebes, but two pairs of Teal and a couple of shovelers (I think).
