On a bird walk for the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center this morning at Spanish River Park in Boca Raton, our group spotted a Bananaquit in the "Bird Garden" at around 11:30am.
We got a great look from very close range as it fed in a Firebush just a few feet off the ground, right in the center of the Bird Garden .
