The Bald Eagle nest off Pines blvd is close to the road and the adult birds roost very close. I was there this AM when a van pulled up four young people jumped out yelling and slaming doors and mother got out decide this was the place to walk their 4lb puppy.The adult eagle was perched right overhead. I asked the women if she loved here little dog or are you bringing "bait".When she did not understand, I told here to get the dog in the car. RESPECT THESE BIRDS.
In other birds: Markum Park : King Rail, Plantation Preserve ( no Clay-colored), but a nice Shovler and male Harrier
