Excellent photos Trey - as can always be expected of you! You did a great job in capturing the beautiful Porter Pineland in detail, and in overview.
It was a great trip indeed, and who would have thought such a gem lay hidden behind all that Gouldian development... and all these years only two block away from me.
I'd also like to add House Wren to the list... I spotted it at the same moment you spotted the Painted Bunting male, no one heard me, understandably all eyes turned in your direction.
I have a gut feeling we are to discover plenty more at Porter Pinelands.
