Peaceful Waters wetland park in Wellington had most of what you would expect--including dozens of tree swallows, some n. rough wings, and a few purple martins. A shoveler was dabbling nearby a number of blue-wing teal.
STA-1 E--it was late afternoon when I arrived. It was pretty quiet, but I did get to observe a pair of bobcats (perhaps a mother and kitten)sitting in the tall grass.
