A trip to Sebastian Inlet SRA yesterday produced five Band-rumped Storm-Petrels as well as a single Leach's Storm-Petrel. Large numbers of gannets were also seen.
All birds were viewed from the fishing pier on the north side of the inlet. Two of the band-rumps that were working their way south along the surf line provided point-blank looks when they reached the pier.
