I had been looking for one since the first of the year without much luck until today. There was one in December, which may be the same bird. There were about 500 gulls in the north section. The Bonaparte's was right in front of the fence. I couldn't find any Franklins. I didn't have time to check the lake in the development to the east, but I could see hordes of gulls swarming above it. This is where there were 4 Franklin's recently, so it may be worth checking out.
The libation of choice today: Lagunitas Cruising with Ruben and the Jets Stout. Try saying that 5 times real fast.
