For those who plan to join me for the trip to STA-5 in Hendry County on Saturday, February 14, several meeting place options will be available:
6:00 AM at Doc Thomas House.
~6:45 AM at Sawgrass Recreation Center, on the east side of US 27, about a mile or so north of I-75.
~7:30 AM at John Stretch Park, on the east (or is it north?) side of US 27, halfway between South Bay and Cleweston.
~8:30AM at the STA-5 entrance at the end of Blumberg Road.
Except for Doc Thomas House, all other arrival times are best guesses, so plan accordingly. I won't wait at any stop for latecomers. Email me if you'd like for me to know that you'll be waiting for us at a particular stop. Remember that we'll be eating lunch at a restaurant in Clewiston after the tour.
