Hi Harold,

We have seen Florida Scrub Jay at all three of these locations.

*Juno Dunes Natural Area - look on the tops of the shrubs to the south, that is where we have seen them every year. Also look for Gopher Tortoise and the Florida Scrub Lizard as well; it is one of the only places we know about that you can find all three.
*Jonathan Dickinson State Park - ask the park rangers at the entrance if the Scrub Jays have been seen recently and they will point you in the right direction. Don't forget to look for Bachman's Sparrow while there.
*Jupiter Ridge Natural Area - Take the Scrub Trail for best chances at a Scrub Jay.

I did read an article on the Fl Scrub Jay population in Palm Beach and it does not look good for them. Here is a link to the story = (
