Here is a list of birds I've seen at Barnes, combined with other sightings known to me (*). For the real rarities, I've added dates.
This portion of the list is in AOU order. At the end, I've noted some birds Alex mentioned that are neither seen by me or known to me at Barnes. Most are plausible sightings. The big exception is the Herring Gull. Lacking details, I would doubt extremely the ID of flyover Herring Gulls.
Oddly, I find I've never seen a Phoebe at Barnes.
Of course, making the list itself is the easy part of doing a checklist. The hard part is figuring out how common each bird is and when it occurs.
