Take I-95 to Commercial Blvd. exit. Head west on Commercial Blvd. about 0.9 mi. and turn left onto NW 21st Ave. In the second block you will see a fence along the right, and the Spherion Building on the left. Park in the Spherion lot and walk across the street to the area along the fence. The bird works the trees behind the fence. Best time to arrive is 8 AM. There should be some others birders there.
