Palm Beach Co. mergs and grebe question

I had 27 hooded mergansers in the Costco shopping center--Southern Blvd in Royal Palm Beach--this afternoon. They were split between the two retention ponds along Southern Blvd as well as 4 wood storks and a great blue.

Also--has anyone been to Yamato Scrub lately? Is the juvenile grebe still there?
