Hey Vince I am not sure if this will be of any help but I thought we would share it with you and everyone else. In Brevard County they are asking citizens to report Caracara sightings, they are asking for reports of banded birds as well. They might have some information about someone who is working on the birds seen in Collier County. On the website it does mention that if you do not have anywhere to report these sightings for counties other than Brevard, to report them on this site.
