I don't mean to be contentious, but this is not a Familar Bluet nor the similar Atlantic Bluet, the former of which, according to Sidney Dunkle (__Damselflies of Florida, Bermuda and the Bahamas__), occurs in Nortern Florida south to Tampa. Familiar Bluet is entirely blue from segments 1-10 as well as the thorax whereas Rambur's Forktail does have a green thorax (as in the photo) and segment 8 is entirely blue (as in the photo) with segments 9 & 10 only being partly blue (as in the photo). Definitely a male Rambur's Forktail Trey.
